Ivan Bujak
Ivan Bujak is a film director and creative producer based in Lucerne. For 14 years, he has taken short films, music videos and commercials from initial concept to final cut. Story, character and emotion guide his work. He also creates short-form films for brands and social platforms.
He began working with film in Piran at the children’s film festival Zrno Soli, joining as a volunteer and film student. There, he and the festival team made his first film, Super Tonja. Prevara received an award at Muvit 6x60 in 2014, followed by Bad Day Birthday at Talent Screen Zürich in 2018.
He later created Top Šiht, his own television show for Slovenia’s TV3 Medias. After completing his multimedia production studies, he moved from Slovenia to Lucerne in 2016. In Switzerland, he worked as an editor and cinematographer and joined the production teams at Motionary in Zurich and Zentrum der Gesundheit in Lucerne.
